Abstract
This article analyzes the legal, institutional and social foundations for expanding women's participation in public and state administration in New Uzbekistan. The study examines national and international mechanisms for ensuring gender equality, priority directions of state policy, and support systems for women. Furthermore, the article scientifically highlights the factors hindering women's activity in public administration bodies, local community governance and the digital economy. Based on the research findings, practical proposals and recommendations were developed to strengthen women's participation in governance systems.
