Abstract
This study examines the use of modeling technologies and cost optimization methods in the construction industry. It analyzes the digitalization of construction processes, cost forecasting, efficiency improvement, and rational resource management. Modern modeling techniques—such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), mathematical models, and economic evaluation tools—are discussed as effective mechanisms for accurate budgeting and cost optimization. The results of the research contribute to reducing construction expenses, improving project quality, and increasing investment efficiency.
