Abstract
This article examines the establishment and development of international relations in the scientific, cultural, and educational systems of Central Asia from 1991 to 2024.
Special attention is given to digital diplomacy and remote cooperation as key instruments of regional integration and academic collaboration. The study highlights how globalization, information technologies, and the rapid expansion of distance learning during the pandemic period have contributed to a new model of international scientific cooperation.
