Abstract
This article analyzes the main components of the formation of a psychological environment in preschool educational institutions from the point of view of management. In the research process, methods of a systematic approach, pedagogical observation, questionnaires, and monitoring of management activities were used. The results showed that the stability and effectiveness of the psychological environment depend on the harmonious development of such components as leadership style, communicative openness, teamwork, motivational mechanisms, and organizational culture. Based on the research, management recommendations for the formation of a healthy psychological environment in preschool educational institutions were developed.
