Abstrak
Mazkur maqolada to‘chqali massajning stress va emotsional zo‘riqishni kamaytirishdagi samaradorligi yoritilgan. To‘chqali massajning inson organizmiga fiziologik va psixologik ta’sir mexanizmlari, xususan, nerv tizimi faoliyati, mushaklarning bo‘shashishi va relaksatsiya jarayonlari bilan bog‘liq jihatlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, to‘chqali massajning xavotir, emotsional zo‘riqish, stress va uyqu bilan bog‘liq holatlarda qo‘llash imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Massajning individual xususiyatlarni hisobga olgan holda va boshqa sog‘lomlashtiruvchi usullar bilan uyg‘unlikda qo‘llanishi muhimligi ta’kidlangan.
