Abstract
This article examines the development of the history of the culture and art sector, its evolution since the earliest human associations, as well as its inseparable connection with education. The processes of human socialization, the transmission of life experience from generation to generation, and continuous learning were analyzed as the early foundations of culture and education. The content of the concept of “manager,” their role in management activities, and their main tasks are also revealed. The content of managing culture and art is examined in both broad and narrow senses and is based on the connection between management in this sphere and the socialization of the individual, cultural processes, and social relations.
