The article emphasizes the importance of emotional stability, stress management, effective time allocation, self-regulation, family support, and constructive communication in maintaining a healthy balance between professional and family roles. The study also highlights the positive influence of mutual respect and trust within the family, equitable distribution of household responsibilities, and support for professional development on the psychological well-being of young women.
