Abstract
This article examines the application of Building Information Modeling technology in the design of construction facilities, planning of construction processes, and optimization of construction costs. The capabilities of Building Information Modeling in creating a unified digital model, integrating project information, managing construction processes, and controlling costs are analyzed. The study also considers the use of four-dimensional and five-dimensional modeling for effective management of construction schedules, resources, and costs.
The importance of estimating and optimizing construction costs at the early stages of projects is substantiated.
