Abstract
It is no exaggeration to say that O‘tkir Hoshimov is a writer who holds a cherished place in the hearts of the Uzbek people. He is a formidable author with a keen, powerful pen. Through his literary works, Hoshimov has always secured a deep connection with the reading public; consequently, he strove to artistically explore universal human issues within his writing.
This article examines the artistic interpretation of the theme of war—a central subject—in Hoshimov’s works *Ikki Eshik Orasi* (Between Two Doors) and *Tushda Kechgan Lives* (Lives Lived in a Dream). It also analyzes the spatial and temporal characteristics of the events depicted in these works.
