Abstrak
Endokrin tizim patologiyalari ichida qalqonsimon bez bilan bog'liq kasalliklar alohida o'rin egallaydi. Manbalarga ko’ra sayyoramizda ushbu bezning turli buzilishlaridan aziyat chekayotganlar soni 200 milliondan oshadi [1]. Mazkur sharhga ko’ra biz gipotireoz, gipertireoz, autoimmun tireoidit, qalqonsimon bez tugunlari hamda saratoni, shuningdek yod tanqisligi bilan bog'liq holatlarning bugungi kundagi epidemiologik ko’rinishini, rivojlanish mexanizmlarini va tashxis-davolash amaliyotini yaxlit tahlil qilishga harakat qildik.
Tahlil natijalari quyidagilarni ko'rsatdi: birinchidan, deyarli barcha tireoid patologiyalari ayollarda erkaklarga qaraganda 4-10 barobar ko'proq qayd etildi; ikkinchidan, autoimmun tabiatga ega Xashimoto tireoiditi va Grevs kasalligi eng ko'p tarqalgan shakllar hisoblanadi; uchinchidan, qalqonsimon bez tugunlari qo'l bilan paypaslash orqali aholining 4-7% ida, ultratovush yordamida esa 19% dan 67% gachasida topildi. Alohida aytib o’tish kerakki, Markaziy Osiyo, jumladan O'zbekiston hududi tarixan yod yetishmaydigan mintaqalar sirasiga kiradi, natijada bu yerda bo'qoq va gipotireoz kabi holatlar haligacha yuqori darajada qolmoqda.
